Horrific and ********* service

I had an incident whereby someone bumped my car at a shopping Centre. My aircon stopped working and my headlight had snapped. I mentioned this to the assessor and the panel beaters. Upon getting my car back a week later, my aircon was still not working. This was a nightmare on its own to communicate to discovery and get resolved. Now they claiming that the aircon is a separate claim after this was the original issue meanwhile they initially stated that they had authorized for the panel beaters to fix the aircon. How can they originally say they had authorized it but when taking my car in again suddenly stipulate its another claim i must put in. By far the worst insurance company I have dealt with.
