Horrid Service

i joined discovery insure on Friday 17 May 2024. I have been trying to get a copy of my policy schedule to be sent to my alternate email address for the last 2 days. it shows all my policy details online, but according to the agent i cant access it because the policy activation date has not come yet.

I have emailed the agent i took up the policy with, and they flat out ignore my emails. eventually get through to an agent this morning and they advise that they can send it to the alternate email, but it will take 4 hours.

seriously thinking about cancelling this policy. if something as simple as a policy document is hard to get, imagine a claim must be put in. no faith in the company
