Horrible service to client

Horrible service , as am waiting in the dealership waiting for my confirmation of cover , spoke to Nozi kept getting my details incorrectly, over an hour still dint receive the confirmation of cover , asked her to hold the line until I receive the confirmation, dropped call and left home without sending my documents, I don’t want to be insured with an insure me that doesn’t care for it’s client .
