Horrible service to a pensioner

Completely disgusting how this company has treated a pensioner over a simple issue of towing a vehicle.

5 days and 4 different consultants later we still have a broken down vehicle with noone at discovery who knows when the vehicle will be towed.

We are left at the mercy of their service providers who keep insisting that we drove a damaged vehicle to them as they are in no mood to tow it. All the while no one from discovery is following up to help resolve the matter. Awful service.

If I owned stock in this company I'd sell it.
