Horrible service - paying Commision for no broker

<p>I contacted client service last week and spoke to March who was amazing, Unfortuantely whoever he referred the query to has still not contacted me. I am being cherged on my premiun every month fro teh last 4 years a commision fee. I nly realised when i was revising my policy that I have no broker mediating onmy behalf so why should i be paying a commision. The call cenytre agengDikalo vehemntly insisted that my premium does not include the commision fee, however when i refered to my schedule plan there it state vebatim , "maximum commission or referal fees included in the total premium". So i was not mad for questioning it. Dikalo was eager to remove the broker , this hwever did not result in a reduction in my premiun and discovery now claim that the commision is not included in my premium even though it explicityl says so in the schedule plan. I am still waiting for a supervisor to contact me. </p>
