Horrible service from Discovery Insure.

The worse service every received from an insurance company in recent years. I am in the process of an insurance claim and the legal claims consultant (Mathapelo Bokaba ) does not communicate with me in over a week of me trying to get hold of her after I went for a vehicle assessment. I left several messages with her colleagues, send emails, and left voice mails to no avail. All my calls were dropped as I tried over 15 times. No one could assist me of her collques either. (Tyrone, Tapelo, Gratchin) . Its been the most horrible experience dealing with discovery insure. I wont advise anyone to do business with them period.
