Horrible Service from Discovery insure!

I am extremely disappointed in the way our claim was handled. We have been with Discovery for more than 4 years with more than 6 vehicles insured with them. The assessor that handled our claim couldn't even locate our vehicle for a month and was very ***********. The accident happened mid December and I had to located the vehicle when I returned from the holidays in January. She didn't asses the vehicle and just made her own conclusion regarding the claim. Our claim was only finalized mid Feb with the outcome that we have no insurable interest in the vehicle. When we added the vehicle we specified the driver and that we will be paying the insurance even though the finance wasn't on our name, they didn't say anything or refused to insure the vehicle like that. I have proof of all the correspondence and the letter of cover we received. Its not my fault if their system was offline and that they captured the info incorrectly. Our broker used the right channels why should we be penalized for their error! We disputed the outcome and waited another month for the investigation only to hear that they will send the assessor for further training, nobody even contacted us once to ask us anything. We send them all the proof that we have an insurable interest, I don't think they even looked at it! Up to date we haven't received any feedback and I am going to take out insurance somewhere else. I am disgusted with the service we received from Discovery they are really doing down the drain!!! Our broker Lindi Saayman went the extra mile and is still fighting this battle as I am writing this review but even she is not getting any response from the insure specialist. Almost 4 months later and we are still waiting for someone from Discovery to look into this. I will write a bad review every day until someone senior from Discovery resolve this matter.
