Horrible service

A discovery client caused an accident to my vehicle while my pregnant wife was driving. Filled a 3rd party claim and yet noboday calls or responds to my mail.tried calling as well to no avail. Have a witness statement as well who was never contacted at all. Is this how they treat claims. Got a mail to state they've given it to a Themba Mkaba but he has not even contacted me as yet when i called they said he will be in contact by the 24th March but still silence....wonder if a signboard over the N1 would deter customer from joining and inform them of the bull#hit these people claim 4 stars on hello peter but absolutely no service none whatsoever. How am i to do anything without a vehicle Which cannot be driven due to thier client reckless driving. And no assesor has even contacted me. Well as sson as shutdown is over sure thousands will see my signboard over the N1,paid with my own money...shall call it a public service announcement. Help to inform potential customers of what type of inssurance this company has and to expect to be treated.
