Horrible service

I was hijacked in July, it’s now October and I’m still following up with Discovery Insurance to settle the claim that was approved mid August. I call almost everyday without assistance. I have exhausted all options and now hopeless. My bank is still deducting car instalments and I’m unable to get vehicle financing because discovery hasn’t settled the car that is now written off. I’m so disappointed, I hate it here.
