Horrible Service at Discovery

I am extremely disappointed in this insurance company, their client knocked my car from the back causing some damages on my car and I have been chasing them for the past 4 if not 5 months now regarding the payment that was agreed for them to pay for the damages their client caused, mind you I call every single day regarding the exact same thing and they won't even return my calls or respond to my emails ,I was assigned to an agent that would assist me but until now I am still running after them with no solution and now the damages that were caused to my car are getting worse, and their client is all chilled and relaxed while I keep running after them as if I was the one that caused the damages, they don't call back or send emails unless I spam them with emails requesting for feedback.
