Horrible service

So my after being in an accident my vehicle was kept for 3 months for repairs. When repairs were allegedly completed I was informed to bring a new battery because mine doesn’t work. I called in and the agent agreed that my battery was affected due to the car being stationary at the panel beaters but refuses to replace it. I was told it’s not my fault however I have to be liable for the costs
