horrible service

I have not gotten my cash back for August. For a week I have been requesting feedback from you people on twitter but getting ignored. This is after I was paid an incorrect amount in July.

Making matters worse I called the call center and who ever picked up my call hung up without even saying hello. This is unacceptable to say the least. I need to know what is happening with my cash back and also why my call was dropped and also why is your twitter people ignoring me as a paying client.
