Horrible procedure | Brilliant representative

Getting my claim through was a horrific experience. The app didn't feature the brand name, the email address was hard to find and I got sent from department to department after a lot of follow up emails. BUT once I got through to Lesego Rapoo, it was smooth sailing and so easy! She was amazing - got my claim sorted and done in a matter of 2 days, kept me posted the whole time, and followed up when necessary.
