Horrible Experience - and my entire portfolio is with Discovery !!!

I see another person showed their disappointment on a windscreen claim today ! How pathetic. I'm with Discovery Insure for over 8 years. Had 1 claim in the past 8 years. Submitted a windscreen claim and a toilet claim now. My toilet claim was immediately declined (I did not call the 24 hour assistance), nor do I have building insurance. Ton of questions was asked as to why my I waited so long to report my windscreen chip/crack. My entire portfolio is with Discovery. Life Insurance, Medical Aid, Content Insurance and Bank Account. I'm strongly considering moving my entire portfolio to other service providers. Uterly dissapointed and not satisfied ! Case number: ***
