Horrible customer service

Horrible service I have received. My car has been at a worship, stripped for almost 3 months because Discovery hasn’t approved the claim. A whole 3 months without a car and soo many lies coming from your team. This is unbearable and I will never understand any excuses you’ll bring forth. I have heard it and I am tired of your customer service.
