Horrible customer service

<p>My vehicle has been in for repairs since the 14th of May at Eljoney panel beaters. I received an SMS from them on the 2nd June informing me that the vehicle is now at the paint shop. The car rental period with Avis has even lapsed on 14 June and Eljoney panel beaters are still telling me to this day, 3 weeks later that the car is still at the paint shop. How long does it take to paint a car? Why is discovery insure associated with panel beaters who clearly cannot stick to time lines? I am not impressed by this at all. </p>
