Horrible Customer Experience

I drove all the way to Tiger wheel and Tyre in Pretoria nana Sita street for nothing. I was not told at point of sale that tyre wheels and tyres will need my service records. Now I was told to go to Mini/BMW and bring proof of service history. I regret moving to Discovery. I work long hours + full time student. I don't have time for all this. I should be studying. Now I have to waste time with petty things.
