Horrible Claim experience and Arrogance .

I had a fire claim, which I submitted ,my claims consultant Tebogo Scandling was assigned . she has never called me to update me on my claim, when I call her colleagues say she is on a phone call which is a lie they are covering for her . the Flood allure company took my furniture and claimed they had cleaned in and it was never properly cleaned , I had to bring in another company to come clean in on site because when I call Tebogo she is not taking my calls and her colleagues are not useful . my gadgets where suppose to be replaced a month ago she authorised incorrect items, new world had to stop and wait for her authorise new items which she hasn't at all . I sent through numerous emails without any assistance even New world sent her an email .

I called today and her colleague rudely dropped a phone on me when I said I wanted to speak to Tebogo. why is this Tebogo being hidden and protected by her colleagues

this experience has been horrible and the level of Arrogance .
