********** service and no communication

Been battling for several months now to settle my claim for an accident I was involved in which was not my fault and i simply have no joy the service of discovery insure is absolutely horrible and sub standard,and then to top the matter off i had a tracker installed bybl discovery which is not working according to them from the start,and i was paying for this whilst itvwas not working.and there is simply no communication from them!!
