My son's vehicle standing at the Panelbeater from December 2022. Have had to follow up with emails and calls and all we hear are delays from their side, which is due to their *********** staff. Vehicle has still not been sorted, emailing everyday, very minimal response, if at all. Extremely disgusted with the service from Discovery, and seriously considering moving my business to another insurance Company.

Whoever responded to my review clearly does not know what is happening with this claim. NO PARTS HAVE BEEN ORDERED FOR THIS CAR! A hold was put on the ordering of the parts and I have all the emails to prove it. Someone is not doing their job and since I put the review on this form, we have still not had any feedback regarding the claim. Please do your homework before responding, just to make yourselves look good.
