Hopelessly *********** Discovery insure keep telling me I am in arrears
The service is generally good and the cash back fantastic.
BUT
I pay my premiums annually in advance. I have been accused of being in arrears and have had my cover cancelled AND my cash back frozen.
NOBODY UNDERTSTANDS THAT I CANNOT BE IN ARREARS AS I PAY 12 MONTHS IN ADVANCE.
My next email is to Adrian Gore to complain.

27 Mar 2023, 17:21Given that this has happened on more than one occasion AND my cash back for February, due 15th March has still not been paid, despite copious emails apologising, I am less than impressed. Would you prefer me to take my business elsewhere?
