Hopeless Service From Discovery Insure.

This is the worst service I have ever had from a sort term insurance company. I bought a new vehicle while I was insured with Discovery Insure and it took me 4 months, after which the new payment was still not resolved. I then cancelled my insurance with ample notification to Discovery Insure, only to find that they have now still deducted a payment after cancellation of my insurance. Heaven only knows how long this is now going to take to resolve. I would really advise anyone to think long and hard before joining Discovery Insure.
