Pretty sure someone did it before them but as Smash Mouth sang… “I’m a believer”… again… Lerato(call center) and Tlotlo (walk-in-center) you two are the reason!!

An extremely frustrating month and a bit of call center conversations and back and forth emails exploded last night. After numerous emails I was left with a reply that completely disregarded not only my query but also pertinent information I had already discovered on this journey as to the root of the issue.

To the walk-in-center I went as a last resort to find a solution. Arrive to be greeted by smiling team members. Tlotlo THANK YOU for listening and understanding first and then teaming up with the gem that is Lerato!

Sometimes a customers query or need may seem trivial but it is very real to the person asking! Today both of you went above and beyond, cutting into your own lunch hours and tediously send individual emails.
