<p>I was involved in a accident and Discovery response was brilliant, I then sent all information through to the claims department and was assigned and claims person to handle the claim, sorry to say I was a bit frustrated and was not able to get feedback until I was assigned another Claims person by the Name of, Nompumelo Bandezi and what a pleasure it was to work with her regarding my claim, Emails was sent with daily feedback on the progres, I had telephone response from her and my claim has been approved and just needs to be setteled, a star at Discovery Insure I thank you for all the effort and help , Big Thumbs up Nompumelelo and Discovery.</p>
