Home Insurance claim

<p>I've recently logged a household claim with discovery insure and the time to get the claimed process was abit long but this was my first claim ever so not sure on the standard wait time but once i had a Agent/Accessor assigned to me things lifted off. My Accessor assited me with everything and made everything clear to me as well as supported me with answers to all my questions. He was polite and friendly not what i expected i thought these people (Accessors) where mean and terrible but not my accessor. (Emmitt Reid) i am happy to say that everything was handled in a professional mannar as well as constant follow up calls from my Accessor.
