Home insurance claim

I've made a claim through discovery insure for my house, the ceiling was falling. I'm happy and impressed with the response. As soon as i've logged the claim it was processed and the service provider was allocated to come and do the assessment. The service provide didn't pitch on the day promised and the consultant was doing the follow up to check the progress. I had someone who did the assessment and already quoted me, and when i submitted the quote it was approved and the money was deposited into my account. with my house insurance i got no problems, Discovery is been on assistance whenever i need them. thanks you
