Home content insrance cancelled when I asked for car insurance to be cancelled

In December 2020 I had an accident that wrote off my car. I had car and home insurance with Discovery at the time - they paid off the car while I started the application for a new car. The new car came with full comprehensive insurance for a year (free) so I said I'll get new car insurance with Discovery when that year is up (which is now). I called in to get a quote only to find out that they ****ING CANCELLED MY HOME INSURANCE AS WELL!!!!! They put me at risk because of their incompetence! How the **** do you cancel both my car insurance and content insurance when all I wrote of was my ****ing car!!! Claim ***. The guy I dealt with: *** (Peter)
