I was with discovery for more than 5 years, last year December 2025 the ******* broke into my house and stole some of my electronics. After that I informed Discovery about the incident. They ask me to submit the quotation or all equipment that ******, police report, ADT arm respond report, pictures of how the ******* got into my house. After submitting all required documents.

Discovery told me to submit proof of ownership of the ****** goods, after submitting what I could find. they declined goods that I did not find proof of ownership. Few days later I was told that they are sending people to do inventory of everything in my house.

Team came and counted my shirts, trousers hats, bathroom towels and curtains. After all the trouble I went through I was told that I am under insured therefore they can only pay me a minumum of R12000 instead of R36000.

I dont wish anyone to go through what I went through.
