Highly Commendable & Greatly Appreciated Service Received

I had the unfortunate experience of having my car breakdown this morning. Called the Discovery line to ask for road assitance. My call was transfered to Othembela Kebe who from the start was outstanding. He was attentive, reasuring, friendly and completely proactive - a breathe of fresh air in the middle of a frustrating situation. Through a series of phone calls back to me he had arranged a tow truck, called to see if they had arrived and called again to see that my car had been taken to the service center I had chosen and that I was ok.

This all while he is based in Gauteng and I in Cape Town. I usually do not write reviews but this guys deserves the recognition for going way beyond any expectations I could have had. I really wish to thank him for his proffesional quick take-action approach.
