High premiums yet no repairing on damaged parts from the accident

I am totally disgusted with the service received from Discovery insure . I was involved in an accident at the beginning of May . My car was sent to Proline Panel beaters as your preferred panel beater . Well let me tell you i will be taking this further cause my car is worse off than when it went in . Not only that but apparently discovery didnt authorize certain parts to be replaced which were damaged from the impact of the accident . So we pay insurance monthly for 3 years on this vehicle , i have never claimed and when i do have an accident and the vechile needs to be repaired i get told Discovery didnt authorize these parts which were damaged from the accident . How do you not authorize to have the vehicle repaired where the damage was ?????? I am truly disappointed in discovery insure . High premiums and they dont even authorize for the vehicle to be repaired to its original state .
