High Increases to long term standing Customers after 6 Months

I am very disappointed in the recent service received from Discovery Insure, I have been with discovery for almost a year now and recently in the last 3 months changed cars, for which the premium was revised then, it then came as a shock that after 6 months am I getting a premium increase again. With that in mind as well, the increase was a staggering 9%, well above the inflation rate. It is shocking that this is how discovery insure hits their customers who are loyal and long standing. I would highly recommend shopping around.
