Helpless!!!!

This is the 3rd time I’m writing about Discovery Insure. Im emotionally drained by this useless company. It’s been 6 months since my car have been bumped by their client but nothing has been done for my car to be fixed. I’ve involved my lawyers yet they are also having a challenge,this company is taking them back and forth. We contact them everyday but getting hold of Stephen van Niekerk. Either he is busy on another line or not at work. He sent me a release form on the 1st of November ,I have filled it in and sent back to him. I haven’t gotten any update since then. They were supposed to have paid the money into my account in 20 working days. Today is the 21st day yet we are still struggling to get hold of him. I don’t know what to do anymore!!!
