Helpful Claims Consultant!!

<p>My phone was ****** a week ago and this is the first time I had to claim from Discovery Insure. At first I was very dissappointed in the service from them, the person allocated to assist with the claim was not too helpful and there were delays. After a week of waiting, following up and getting no joy I called the call centre and was helped by Nelson Shikwambana. I explained the situation, he told me how the process worked and assured me he would move it along. Within 20 minutes he called me back and confirmed my claim was processed and the service provider would contact me to make delivery arrangments. He even wished me happy birthday for 2 days in advance! Thank you Nelson, you are a star and I wish there were more consultants at Discovery as helpful as you!!</p>
