HELP!!!!

I have been calling discovery insure for the past 10 days to ask about my premium that increased by 26% without putting in a claim, without moving house. All I have done for discovery is pay my premium monthly. I'm told I'm a risk and I want to know what risk I am. I have not claimed anything from them, I have both my cars insured with them, my household goods are insured with them and I've never claimed on that either. I'VE NEVER CLAIMED. What risk am I? It is taking discovery 10 days and counting to tell me why my premium has increased by 26%. I have called them at least 4 times. I was on hold with discovery during one of my calls for 40 minutes with no luck. What else can I do to get a response from Discovery?
