Hello, Discovery? Is Alles Oraait Byrie Hys?

I have emigrated, and my new insurer in the UK is asking for confirmation of my no-claims motor cover which I had with Discovery Insure so that I can continue a no-claims benefit.

Easy peasy, right?

Wrong.

I have emailed Discovery countless times for this, and each time whoever reads the emails there just sends me my last schedule, which doesn't even show my car insurance on it (let that sink in...), nor any indication of no claims for the period I was insured. This has happened - I kid you not - about 10 times. I honestly cannot believe that Discovery don't check their work that it in-fact answers the clients request. I have stated clearly that I need a letter indicating:

Plan number: Planholder: Type of insurance: motor Plan start date: Plan end date: Statement that no motor claims occurred in this period.

Why is this so difficult? I am turning to Hello Peter out of desperation because if I have to send an email off to the help desk one more time..........
