Heart-warming service by a committed employee

I called for emergency roadside assistance and was assisted by Joelene Scholtz. She is courteous and knowledgeable about emergencies. Her assuring tone shows how much she cares about her clients and understands that that when a vehicle is damaged to the extent that is has to be towed, there is more to consider like the journey that the client can no longer complete as well as many attendant effects of the incident on client. She kept me updated on each milestone until the vehicle was offloaded at a repair centre. She gets a well-deserved 5 out of 5.
