Harsh Acceleration- Uphill

Absolutely pathetic service once again. According to discovery they admit when you go uphill...the car automatically picks up harsh acceleration despite you not pressing the accelerator...and they can do nothing, well actually they just keep penalizing you. i have had issue with the device from the time it was installed. get senior techs out atleast twice a year to move the device...3-4 months later it picks up something weird again...been driving the same road for 3 years and this month it gives harsh acceleration...gee thanks discovery for finding a way to not give rewards!!!
