Happy with service provided

<p>I initially had an increase on my cover n September and had requested a review to reduced the amount the best that could be done to keep my cover affordable was to increase my excess to R10 000.</p> <p>I recently started looking for a more reasonable cover by other companies and upon finding a better deal I called to cancel my current insurance, and when refered to Retentions Shamanie Pillay assisted me by giving me even better, and reduced my excess back to R3600.</p>
