11/10 I cannot find enough adjectives to thank Reabetswe Mabidikana for her assistance over the last week in getting my non motor claim sorted out. We had a fairly significant loss from a fire incident and she worked tirelessly to help me sort it out. What an ABSOLUTE GEM you have there Discovery Insure, and such an ambassador for your brand. My claim was initially re-allocated to her so I potentially in a negative space about it, but she turned it around it an instant. I could not be more grateful that my file ended up on her desk. Professional, communicative, and dedicated to her job. Please make sure she gets the credit she so richly deserves :)
