Happy ending.........

I had a horrible accident claim experience with discovery insure to the point that I wanted to out all my four cars out of discovery insure cover. After six weeks of involving the panel beaters, the broker and discover insure claim consultant......, penny dropped and decided to escalate the query to the higher powers. Some angel put me through to Broker Claims Team Leader for the General Motors.

She explained word for word how this whole misunderstanding/miscommunication/ confusion arose...........

She was so eloquent with sheer professionalism but what moved me was, when she laconically stated that Discovery takes full responsibility of whatever inconvenience and ire-fullness they have caused.

She sorted out everything that people could not sort out in 6 weeks, in less than 30min.
