Happy Discovery Insure Client

<p>Generally, I don't like to change organisations. Likewise, I don't like to deal with different companies and/ or people. I recently migrated from my old insurance company to Discovery Insure. There was nothing wrong with my previous insure - I just thought it makes sense for to insure my things with Discovery since we have our Medical Aid insurance with them. The policy kicked in on 1 July 2017. </p> <p> </p> <p>On 10 July 2017 I had a break-in at my house and a couple of my things were ******. My first frustration was about the fact that I just changed insurance companies and my second one was when Discovery wanted proof of ownership for the items. Which I was thinking where do I get receipts and slips now. But the claims consultant Ms Razia Salie was extreamly professinal in her approach and the manner in which she explained what was needed and what is deemed appropriate for the requirements was proficient. </p> <p> </p> <p>I appreciated the communication and e-mails that were sent to keep me updated at all times. Her turn-around time on responses is unbelievable. I new that when I have e-mail her something between morning and 15h00, I will receive a response before end of business that day. If it was sent to her after 15h00, if I did not get a response the same day, first thing in the morning I get the email ready and waiting for me. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you to Ms Salie and her supervisor for delivering a top service for Discovery Insure. As a new client I am impressed and I don't regret my move to your company. I might not know the values of Discovery Insure but you have certainly showed me Competence, Integrity, Responsiveness and to a greater extent Caring. If this web site had a scale system, 1 to 10, I would give you a 10...</p>
