Hi My name is Ishmael Matibing, I was pumped from behind on a Thursday afternoon in a parking lot at Jean crossing, On that same day I was offered to take my car for assessment the following day (Friday) I wasn't in a hurry to do that because my car was still drivable so I opted to take it the next Monday, Monday my claim was approved and I could take my car to the panel shop.
