Such excellent service received this morning from Meshen Chetty from the Discovery Insure team!!!
After getting stuck on the road due to a sudden clutch issue, I decided to phone the best insurance company, Discovery Insure. Meshen Chetty was clear, to the point, and promised me a tow truck would come and assist me very soon. Within less than 20mins the tow truck came and I was whisked off safely. No mess, no fuss.
Very prompt service from both Meshen and the tow truck guy.
One knows how much trauma a woman can go through when getting stuck in the road and being alone. With the assurance, and the fast and efficient help from both Meshen and the tow truck guy, I have never felt so safe and secure.
