I am very happy to have met a lady called Shamanie Nadoo. I wanted to cancel my policy with discovery but she manage to assist me professionally and had a compassion to assist. My experience with call Center agents was so bad they were rude and behaving as if they doing you a favour hence I wanted to leave. But she manage to assist me with dignity Well done to her
