So this time it was my third time claiming. Discovery insure NEVER DISAPPOINTS. This time my claim was handled by Nkadimeng Moganedi. She is very professional but fun to talk to at the same time. At the end of our first call, I was pretty sure that my case is in good hands. It's a pity I forgot the name of the gentleman who answered the call. After I had explained the nature of my accident, he assured me that I'm going to get help. While I was giving him all the necessary details, he would crack a joke here and there.
