Today I called Discovery Insure fastruated as I received an SMS indicating that my cover has lapsed. Shafick Allow at the Retentions department assisted me in a professional manner and gave me hope and advised that I can still re-instate my cover I got to keep my premiums amount and as I was happy with my comprehensive cover it was not amended I was assisted very quickly and I will be covered again as from today.
Thanks to Shafick Allow with his professionalism and interpersonal s****s he has in engaging with customers.
