Happy client!

I recently switched to Discovery Insure for my building insurance and I was happy with my decision when I had to claim recently.

I was away for the weekend when my armed response notified me the Saturday morning that the alarm had been set off, they went to check and discovered that my garden copper tap and pipes were ****** and water was running. They switched off the main and notified me accordingly.

I came home and immediately called Discovery emergency where they assigned someone to my case within 10 minutes and the assigned plumber came to restore my water supply 40 minutes after the case was assigned. Throughout the process I received communication for updates.

The following working day I received a follow up call from Marnus Louw - Building Specialist. He called to ask if I had been assisted and to send the photos of the damage and repairs. He continued to follow up with me throughout the day to ask whether I was satisfied with the service and whether the claim still needed to be completed. I was really impressed with the follow up call, the prompt assistance and minimal administrative burden this experience was.
