Id just like to compliment Lizelle Schoeman and Prenasen Pillay in the manner in which my claim was handled, after it was rejected due to reasons that had absolutely nothing to do with my claim. Prenasen promptly responded to my complaint and referred it to Lizelle who made contact with me within a day. Lizelle then completed all validations and asked all necessary questions. My claim was finalized within a week. Fairness and transparency is what Discovery should strive to provide to all their clients, which was definitely done in my case, the 2nd time around.
