Happiness Simelane restores faith

<p>A botched switching excercise from Nedbank to FNB nearly left my vehicle uninsured. I received an impersonal sms/email stating that i'm no longer insured and my DQ-tracker was deactivated with immediate effect. The tone sounded more like an experience from Dept. of Home Affairs <strong>of old</strong>. </p> <p>Happiness Simelane cajoled me and literally begged me to stay with Discovery Insure and rescucitated my membership. High Five to this lady!!!!</p> <p> </p>
