HANDLING OF CLAIM

My son's cell phone fell in the swimming pool where after it did not work well anymore. Kelebogile helped met at Discovery toe lodge a claim. She arranged with a company to pick the phone up in order to assess same and I was notify within 2 days that it is not economical to repair the phone and it will be replace. The new phone will be delivered at my door step. <br> I am very happy with the friendly service I received from Kelebogile Bezu at Discovery Insure and I am very satisfied in the manner which the situation was handled.
